Energy is the driving force of economic and social development. However, with the increasing population and improvement of commercial civilization, non-renewable fossil energy consumption is imcreasing, later, the energy crisis follows. Currently, every country in the world pays important attention to development and use of new energy. As a clean and renewable energy, biomass is the only alternative to fossil fuel to be changed into gaseous, liquid and solid fuel carbon resources. Therefore, development and utilization to biomass are implemented in many countries, achieving  great effections. But the security issues of gasification does not get enough attention, especially the explosion-proof problem. The dust cloud forming raw materials in the fryer reaches the explosion limit, is encountering proper temperature, a fire or explosion will be causes in the air.
